any thoughts...........pros/cons on the fat free mayo products on market?

    Personally I think it tastes gross and would rather go without. Having said that, I do only buy light mayo. But whenever they replace some or all of the fat they are going to add in binders, sugars, other carbs so you just need to read the label and see if you're cool with what's in it. It depends on what you're using it for, but plain yogurt can be a good substitute in some things.

    Why have fat free mayo?
    Your body needs fat!
    Personally if it says Fat Free I look the other way!

    Check out varieties that have olive oil in them instead.
    Its good to get the MUFA's where you can!
