Pre-log or Post-log?

I would say I do about half and half. I have the same thing for breakfast everyday, so I usually get on MFP afterwards and put in my cereal and then whatever I'm having for dinner. I live alone and just cook for myself, so I like to make big meals that can be reheated so I get several dinners out of cooking once. When I do that, I enter the recipe in on MFP and then I can pre-log my dinner. That way I know what sort of calories I have left for lunch and snacks during the day.0

I post log. I work during the day with no time to pre log before work. Its worked out for me like this so far.0
