does mfp automatically change your calorie intake when you have lost weight?

Yup. I think it does it at 10lbs.0

mine hasnt changed yet after 18... hrmmm0

Mine did a few weeks back, when I got to my lowest weight so far.
I was like, aye??? I had it at 1400 cals, how the hell did it change to 1200 cals?!
So now I know why.0 -
You have to go in and update your goals info, I believe.0

I think if you go into goals, and without changing anything, just save it, that it may update.0

I dont know, I asked this same question under the technical support area. My husband has lost 17 lbs and its asked him twice now if he wants to recalculate and each time he';s said yes....but yet his calories havent changed. *shrug*0

thanks for the advice... i just had to go to goals and change one pound a week to two pounds (which currently i am losing) and it adjusted my calories for me0
