Also, a lot of our members may be popping in and out due to vacations - I don't think they've all permanently left.
Anyhow, welcome to our new members.
So, guess what I weighed this morning? 180. And I had a fantastic week! I knew I would be diappointed! :frown: UGH! I'm so mad right now. Seriously, I could have 4 bad days and weigh 180 on Monday or I could have a great week and weigh 180. This is absolutely ridiculous. :explode: I'm going to weigh myself again tomorrow. Just to make sure the scale isn't lying! hehe0 -
135 pounds Summer is not agreeing with my diet. No parties scheduled for a few weeks, hopefully this will get me on track:blushing:0

Well, I am losing on average about a 1lb per week. Which isn't too bad. Slow and steady wins the race I guess! I hope that everyone else is a "loser" this week!! I will be in touch soon!

The bf and I got in a huge fight yesterday and I only had one meal because I was too depressed to even think about food... and now my body is doing weird things since I was up all night crying - holding water or something cuz I went up a pound. :noway: That sucker pound will be gone by tonight.0

I said I was going to weigh today just because I was annoyed at the 180.0 yesterday. Well today was 179.4. I like that better. haha, but I'll keep the 180 to be "official".
I am so tired right now, but I'm going to the gym anyway... probably for an hour, especially since either today or tomorrow my brother is going to drag me to get chinese food. Oh no! I'll be ok. I don't usually eat too much there anyway because I'm not a huge fan... so as long as I burn some extra calories today or tomorrow, I should be all right.0 -
