Sunday Mini "Challenge"

The challenge for today is:

Go for a 30 minute walk or something to relax. Enjoy the day.

Do NOT log this as the point of this is just to relax and take time for yourself. I have seen enough of my friends exercise cals to know that taking things all in and relaxing is not going to burn that many cals and besides if your worried about your cals your not relaxing!

Remember, the Sunday "challenge" is about relaxation and stress relief.

My mini challenges are open to all.

    The sun is shining and its a beautiful day so my 30min walk turned into an hour and a half wander along the river. Very relaxing, but I'm definitely going to log it as I'm now planning a nice family sunday lunch.

    Already planned with the family later today, hitting the CC Canal
  • Challenge accepted. I have a 1 hour walk planned this afternoon enjoying the sunshine with my doxie Zasi Bea.
