    Any progress that you are making that is not directly related to the scale number is a NSV. Like having clothes no longer fit, having people tell you you are losing weigh, having your blood pressure return to normal, etc.

    Hi. Non scale victory. In other words, a weight loss victory not involving the scale. Like your pants getting looser, or your measurements showing inches coming off.
