Hot chocolate help!
I really love hot chocoate, and the packs that are already made, but with 130 calories, seems like a waste of my cals for the day, since I like to have like 3 a day ! I hate tea and coffee, and don't want to buy the "light" hot chocolate because it contains splenda, aspertame or other bad sugar subsitutes. Anyone have any ideas?

You could choose an organic cocoa powder and use about 5grams, mix half skimmed milk and half hot water
Or a milk of your choice
I do this sometimes with Green & Blacks cocoa powder, 5grams is 17kcal, then the milk would be circa 60kcal
The better the chocolate powder, the less you need I think0 -

You can get different flavours too! x0 -
1 tablespoon of the old school plain cocoa powder (fry's is one brand). Mix with sugar ( I use a half tbsp but its up to you). Add a small, very small amount of water and stir until a smooth paste is formed. Add boiling water or very hot milk slowly, stirring constantly.0
