Teff Flour and low in iron foods

I am very low in iron and it was suggested that I try teff flour. How do you use it and incorporate it into "normal" recipes?
I am also looking for foods that are rich in iron. I would rather not rely on supplements only and what I am realizing everyday is that it is very important to feed your body with nutrients and real food than shakes and processed foods.

I'm not sure about teff flour, but my husband (who is a triathlete) cooks up teff grains like oatmeal and eats it plain or mixes it with amaranth and quinoa (for extra carbs and iron). I'd be curious to see if anyone has used teff flour for baking.0

Be careful with the spinach. I've learned that raw spinach has a component to it that causes you not to absorb iron but when it's cooked that component is no longer there - so cook your spinach!
Kale is great....and broccoli, too!0 -
Also, vitamin c helps your body to absorb iron...0

Raw cacao beans contain 314% of the U.S. RDA of iron per 1 ounce (28 gram) serving. They are very tasty too.0
