Im currently at 260 - i started at 275 , but my first goal is to get to 175 then see what happens from there. I dare say ultimately 150 would be the limit though

I want to have a good amount of muscle, soooo I'm going to see what I look like at 140 lbs, then 130, but going on to 120 would be too thin for me I think...I'll see when I get there. :D
  • I would love to get down to 125, but I'd be happy with 130 as well.
  • I'd Love to be at 130-140 depends on how i look at 140 i might be good there. I'm at 182 so i got a lot to go!

I'm hoping for 135 or under. According to the BMI tool, anything between 115 and 145 is healthy for our height.

Started at 146; floating around 137-138 these days, but my goal is 135 since it's right in the middle of the healthy range. Might push for a little more :P

I'd be happy with anywhere from 135-145ish. That's a good range for me, since within those ten pounds, I have the most energy, and it's the easiest to maintain. That and anything lower than that just isn't healthy for me. I have too much of an athletic build to get much below 135.
  • I started at about 191... currently 170. My original goal is 160 but I think I'd like to go to 150 or even 140. Right now my 10s are loose on me so tried on some pants this weekend and fit into 8s -- for the first time ever! I'm trying to set my goal for size rather than weight bc I can get really obsessive. So, I'd like to be a size 6. :)
  • I'm 5'5 and would like to be 115-120! I am 137 now and was 168 at one point.

I started out at 135. Hit my first goal of 125 but still wasn't quite satisfied with the way I looked. My new goal is 120 or so but I am trying not to focus on the scale at this point and just tone up my mid section.

I'm currently 144 but hope to get between 125 and 130. It is going so slow ( half pound a week) but i realize that that is ok and that I actually like to count calories. I feel like I have learned so much about nutrition and weight loss since joining MFP that I was completely oblivious to before. I also have a BodyMediaFit armband, which is awesome. Knowing how many calories I've burned a day is fantastic. I feel like I am in control of this journey.

    Large frame - 160lbs
  • My goal weight is 165! I carry my weight well, so I think 165 will work for me. And if I feel I need to keep going, then I will! :)

Lift heavy weights, eat clean, be consistent for a looooong time and see what happens. Pics are on my profile. I'm 5'5.5" - close enough!

The scale is just a stupid number show-er. Use measuring tape and take photos of yourself. Cheers!
  • My goal weight is 130. I'm currently 159.

Highest I've been was 184. I'm 166ish now. I'd like to see 150, then maybe 145. I've put on some muscle, so I think if I went below that I wouldn't look all that great.
  • I'm 5'5.5"/166cm. My highest weight was 93kg/205. Have a nigh on 3 and 1 year old and am now down to 129 and would like to be around 120 but am lifting heavy and eating cleanly atm so I might not get down to the 120, however, I am more than happy with my cm/inch losses as I'm fitting into a size US 2/4 depending on the style/cut which is an AU 6/8.

I have a small frame for 5'6" and would love to be 125-130, but I'm thinking 140 is probably a more realistic and doable goal. 30 pounds seems doable, another 10-15 is very daunting.

I'll be okay when I get back into the 140's. Ultimately I want to be in the 120-130 range
  • I'm shooting for 180 which for me is about a size 10/12
Once I achieve that, I am going to get down to 160 which I think would be ideal for my frame (and approx a size 8)

I have a small frame and I feel best at about 110 or a bit less.
I was 113 in the photo on my ticker.
  • I am 5'6" and 57 years old. I went from 196 to 144 and feel great. I actually went down to 139 but I was TOOOOOO skinny at that weight for my age. Even with my workout schedule and Zumba I just looked scrawny. Everyone is different. I don't know how to post photos here on this site but if someone tells me how, I can do that. I wear size 4 or 6 jeans and medium tops at this weight.
