    You look amazing!! How did you do it? How long did it take?
    I just started the 30 Day Shred to begin my transformation. I was down to 173ish before Thanksgiving...then we went on a visit with family over Christmas and grandma's cookin+my weak will power=a 7 pound weight gain!! So now I am working out daily and trying to keep on track with my calories on here. Any tips or tricks would be appreciated!! :)
