Hey, I'm so glad I saw this thread! I just posted a status about how February has been such a busy month that I sort of lost my good workout/eating habits. March is my "starting over" month! This challenge is perfect for me.
I'd be so happy if you would send me the spreadsheet!

i would like to join the challenge please?
one question..
my usual weigh ins are Friday mornings. This past Friday I weighed in and then for this challenge I jumped on the scale this morning. I was up 5lbs - impossible since i had two amazing work outs and ate reasonable well this weekend.
Regardless - shall i weigh in Mondays just for this challenge as well as my Fridays for my own personal weigh in or give you my Friday weigh in results?
Thanks so much! Curious as to what this will be like!
