    Yes, it works like a glorified pedometer but it encourages me to move and achieve certain goals.. I've had mine for about a month and would buy it again. My husband had one before I decided to buy one.

    I love my pedometer as well, I love the sleep tracker feature on it, mostly cause it's fun, but the fitbit (pedometer) does get me motivated, I am competitive, I have to beat my numbers on it each day!

    I love mine. Had it for a week and it has definitely pushed me to be more active during my daily activities. I would buy it again and again!

    Love my fitbit. Do everything but shower with it. Counts my activity level (light, moderate, heavy), counts distance, steps, has a timer, a clock, measures quality of sleep.....


    And, there is a group on MFP with 2001+ members that also have one and you can network with.
