So going into my 12th week of S.S I want to post some progress pictures for myself to judge how well I'm doing. This time really has flown by with school starting back up and always being busy with work, but i think I've done fairly well... 149lb of goo to 159lbs of somewhat leanness. Still a long way to go, but happy so far.

    WHAT I want to know, is how the hell he gained weight and got leaner. I thought it was standard that the only way to bulk was to gain a little fat on the way. wtf man.... tell me the secret!

    LOL, not sure man, just kept my nutrition on point, lifted, and did slight cardio. Doing more cardio now that my Dr. approved it on my knee. But that's about it.
