    To those who are wondering about the arms... Don't let me fool you. I still have a bit of the "Flab" under there. BUT I also have some pretty cute muscles too! I told a few people this, and I will share it here... It was not about losing the fat in the arms, but toning. I have been focusing on strength training at the gym with the weight machines and trying to pump up the weight slowly (used to just do 5 lb free weights... now do 30-50 lbs on the machines).

    We can all do this!!! :)
