Hi all,
Well let's be blunt I have a lot of weight to lose150 lbs, mainly because I want to be the weight I'm truly suppose to be and I rather not die young of heart disease or kidney failure or end up taking high blood pressure medication for the rest of my life.
So feel free to add me as a friend I know how hard its is stay motivated over the long haul! :happy:

Congratulations for starting!
I began 1 week ago myself. After keeping a diary during that time, I'm impressed how much snacking I've been doing up until now - at home & at work. I'm using the My Fitness Pal app on my phone. Please let me know how you like this site. I've used the Weight Watchers program for many years but I have to say I prefer this.
