    Thanks for posting! I started at 282 and my goal is also 170 - I'm only 5'3'', but it's always nice to see success story pictures!!

    WOW! Thanks for posting before/after pics! I am 5'8 now (used to be 5'9 before back surgery) and have just started on the MFP this month. Sometimes it seems like I will never get back down under 200 but Ive done it before and can do it again. These inspirational stories help keep me motivated! Thanks!!! :flowerforyou:

    That is really great! You look fabulous! I'm 5'9" and was at your start weight a few years ago. It's nice to know that 170-ish looks like a healthy normal.
