Would decaf unsweet (no sweetener of any kind) count as water? I know cafeinated tea does not count but what about decaf?

I hope so - I drink decaf green tea every day. About 16 oz. Its supposed to be very healthy. I asked a nutricianist at Nutrisystem and she said it counts towards the water.
    Good luck!

They use a chemical process to remove the caffeine. You are better off drinking water or herbal teas which have no caffeine to begin with.

Well at least decaf is better than caffeinated even if it doesn't count towards my water intake, darn it!!!

Pop drinks are mostly water aren't they. Coffee too. I agree with Shanta, water is water. Any flavours have some kind of ingredients that you need to track.
