Could really use some support

So Im pretty new here, and I have been trying to lose weight. I need to lose 80 lbs by august-nov. but total 120 or so is ideal. have screwed up a teensy bit on diet, but have excercised regularly. its just not coming off. well, actually i lost 7 lbs the first wk, then slowly gained it back. which demotivated me. but i keep trying to stay on it. i cheated with a soda yesterday though. ugh.
anyway im a college student, and a mom, pretty busy most of the time. Tried to get my real life friends on here, for support and to help them but its a no go. would like input, and friends to keep me motivated and pointed in the right direction. especially when the scale is mean to me. lol.
