    Hi, I just joined yesterday! I've recently gained 10 pounds due to stress and not working out. I am usually trying to eat and stay healthy but I've been slacking. I'm in a very rigorous school program and am about to graduate in May. I'm studying for my National Dental Hygiene Boards Exam right now, so you can imagine how much free time I have. This website is awesome! I love tracking my diet and exercise. I really wish I had a "smart" phone so that I could use the app, but for now I will rely on my laptop. I'm very excited to try some new healthy recipes and lose some weight. Good luck to you all!!:happy:

    Good luck to you both.

    I joined mfp in Janaury and found it to be a really effective way to monitor my calorific intake. I have also found it inspires me to go to the gym more to gain the extra calories.
