I know I need to use a protien powder supplement, but I wanted to see what you guys are using. Im more inclined to use the Soy because I read that the Whey is associated with lactose intolerance issues, or something along those lines. What do you think?

Personally, I use an organic whey protein powder. The package says that it is "lactose reduced" (unfortunately the package does not say how much lactose the product contains), but since I am not lactose intolerant, I never thought about it before seeing your post. If lactose intolerance is an issue, I suggest you do a little research about the brands of whey protein powder available. The level of your intolerance will dictate which, if any, of the products is best for you.
Soybeans can be extremely taxing on your organs, which many of people are unaware of, as well as having multiple other associated health risks. But don't take my word for it.
