funky but good...chia seed/protein powder "pudding"

So I got creative....I saw how some people made a "pudding' with chia seeds...I combined one tablespoon chia seeds with about 1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Then I added one scoop of protein shake powder (I used Complete Nutrition Vanilla). Its not bad, under 200 calories, and has lots of protein and fiber! It reminds me of a supercharged tapioca....

    Sweet! I'll have to try it. What kind of chia seeds did you buy?

    I'm not sure...I got the chia seeds from the "bulk" bins at a health food store since I had never tried them before...didn't want to buy a giant 10 bag if I didn't like them. I'm not sure the kind of seed matters. Or does it???? =D
