Tell me 3 things that you are looking forward to that you can actually accomplish in the next 10-20 pounds of weight loss.

1) After - 20lbs more I'll be in Onederland ... which to me is an accomplishment all its own.
2) Hopefully I will be able to jog longer without my knees hurting
3) Wear a bathing suit without feeling so jiggly.0 -
1. Reducing insulin intake
2. Buying new swim wear
3. Hearing positive comments from friends, relatives and colleagues0 -
1. Being that much closer to my goal weight!
2. Buying new clothes and feeling really good about them.
3. Getting into the "healthy" BMI range0 -
This year - Losing weight and looking good for our summer holiday
Next year - My sister in laws wedding
When it happens (biggest thing i'm looking forward to) - Starting a family of our own0 -
those are great goals everyone.
here's mine:
1 - be able to jog for 5 minutes straight. (currently about 1.5 minutes before I need to slow it to a walk)
2 - dropping 1-2 clothing sizes
3 - sleep better....I hope.

1) 5-10 pounds - wear the clothes that I was able to wear this time last year.
2) 10-20 pounds - discover that those clothes are 1-2 sizes too big! go shopping!
3) final goal - post a success story on mfp!!!!0 -

Fitting into size 14.
Maybe having less foot pain<-- thats just dreaming though0 -
1. In 16 pounds I'll be at my goal!
2. Looking forward to bullfrog neck correction surgery
3. Looking forward to getting off of blood pressure medicine0 -
In 14 pounds I'll be at my goal weight.
So, in this next 20 pounds:
1) I will get married to the love of my life on 5-19-12!
2) Buy sexy lingerie for the honeymoon!
3) Be in the next size smaller in clothes (meaning 6/7 in pants and small/mediums) for shirts0 -

Feeling a sense of accomplishment as I move closer to my goal

1 - After 20 pounds I will once again be in the 100's (YEEEAAAHHHHH)
2 - I hope to be able to fit into a size smaller pant.
3 - I look forward to looking in the morror and not seeing such a big fat roll under my chin.... that grosses me out so much!0 -

2 - 20 lbs will bring me up to over 75lbs in total weight loss

With another 20 pounds lost, I will
1. Be in the healthy range of BMI
2. Be at my lowest adult weight ever.
3. That much closer to be ready for my Warrior Dash!0 -

1. My wedding/engagement rings fit again
2. I'll go down a clothing size
3. At 20 pounds I'll be at my lowest weight in about 4 years0 -
1) 5-10 pounds lost.. fit into some older clothes and look great in new ones!
2) work on defining the abs.. I know they are in there somewhere.......
3) rock the bathing suit for my upcoming trip to Mexico!0 -
1) Prom- Right now, i'm focusing on losing weight so i can look amazing in my prom dress!
2) Senior breakfast- I want to look extra cute in a summer dress, and also for this bittersweet event.
3) Graduation- Why not?!0 -
1. want to be able to keep up with a running group
2. want to get my running time down to where it was when i ran cross country
3. baseball season- got to look good in my jerseys!0
