A question for the women...

Hi ladies,
Ok, so this may sound like a stupid question but do women weigh more at their time of the month? Only reason I ask is I am in my 4th week of MFP and so far I have in total lost 12lb, which I am really pleased with, but I have noticed I have so far lost nothing this week. Do you think this may have an impact?
Any help or advice would be great.
