Workout Plan ???????????????

Here's my thought:

Monday - Zumba (1 hr)
Tuesday - Weight Lifting/Strength Training
Wednesday - Rest day.
Thursday - Turbokick (1 hr)
Friday - Weight Lifting/Strength Training
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Cardio day (either treadmill or stationary bike).

I really want to fit in some 5k training. And the couch to 5 k plan shows a running workout plan for 3 times per week, but I'm not sure how to fit that in too. Thoughts? And how long should I be doing cardio? And how long for weight?

You already have 3 days of "cardio" in that plan with Zumba, kick-thingy and your official cardio day. C25K is really aimed at people who don't otherwise have a plan. Keep up your intensity level in the classes and increase your total distance / hour in your cardio day each week - you will be on track to meet or beat the normal C25K that way ... If you don't burn out first.

So should I go on the treadmill after Zumba and kickboxing? Or is doing the treadmill only on Saturday going to mesh well enough to get me to a 5k in October?

If it was me, I would do it on one of your rest days, and before strength training. You might have to juggle your days a bit to find what works for you. When I do a short run (5K or less) I still do weights or other cardio afterwards. And Saturday when I do my long run, I usually will also do yoga, dance, etc. later on too.
