Drink More water weight loss?

I don't drink a lot of water and I've made it my goal to drink more this week. Will I see a difference in weight loss by drinking more? I know it wouldn't be a significant weight loss, but I'm wondering.

Absolutely. I don't lose any weight unless I drink at least 7 glasses a day. Also, you need enough fiber.0

Perhaps not right away.... however, if you keep it up, then your body will eventually be rehydrated and you won't feel as hungry. Plus you may also be replacing the calories that you drink with water... either way, drinking more water is better for you anyway, it hydrates all your organs so they can run properly.0

my body retains it for several days then i drop :-) it helps me flush everything out for sure0
