Plateau. Irritated.

I see no logical reason why my weight has been stuck for 2 months. I'm 135, want to be 125. I work out every. single. day. I spend 1 1/2- 2 hours at the gym each time. I do at least 45 minutes of cardio each time, and work on different parts of my body on different days. Some days I go to the gym twice a day. I alternate between steady cardio and speed intervals. I count the calories I eat, and watch what I eat very very closely. Yet I've stayed the exact same. I'm practically killing myself here, to no avail. I'm SO frustrated. Sometimes I just look in the mirror and cry. I'm emotionally exhausted and sick of working hard for nothing.
Also, it seems like no matter what I do, my arms are not firming up. The fat just hangs there. Same with my sides, the love handles are not going anywhere. I was told by a trainer to start doing core strengthening exercises. I've been doing them for a month now, bought a stability ball and everything, but my love handles are still there.
Why is this happening and what can I do to get past it?

Why don't you open your diary and let us have a look? My first assumption is that you're probably not eating enough, and you're definitely working out way more than you need to. Before I even see your diary, I can predict that you need to try lifting heavy weights, cut back on the cardio, and up your calories.0

Just wanted to let your know that I feel for you and your not alone. I haven't been able to loose either. However I haven't worked out as much as you, not even a fraction. First time ever counting calories and learning to eat better. But still not loosing weight. I don't have any suggestions. I need to know why I'm not loosing either. Hang in there.0

Few things I see:
According to the "about me" on your profile, you are at an extremely healthy weight already. Your body fat is low (for a woman), your BMI is normal and you are wearing a size 3/4. So, for one, there really isn't much else to come off without starving yourself.
Second, you are working out TOO much and probably not consuming enough calories to compensate. Your body needs fuel and it if recognizes that you are not fueling it properly, it will hang on to whatever is left. I can't see your diary but I am guessing you aren't eating enough.
Lastly.... I don't see you doing any strength training other than core. You need to be lifting weights at least 2 days/ week AND having a rest day. Your body cannot recover and continue to lose if it is in a constant daily state of activity. It needs rest.0
