I havnt taken a lot of pics but i wanted to update everyone on my weight loss journey! I have been through a lot of ups and downs and binging but it can and will happen if you put your mind to it!!!     Each time that I look at pictures like these, I am so amazed with the difference. I am also in awe of the dedication that it took to make the changes to lose that much weight. YOU DESERVE AN AWARD....no ....you already got it....your new body! How beautiful and healthy you look.

    Wow, great job! What did you do to lose the last 20ish pounds (your calorie intake and exercise plan)? I'm at 158 now and would love to get under 140.
