I am 5'10"" tall and have played sports my whole life. Now, in college, I find myself constantly eating for social and stress related reasons and despite the fact that I go to the gym 6 days a week, I eat back everything I've worked off. If any former athletes or my fellow tall ladies have any advice, I would greatly appreciate!

Maybe you're being too hard on yourself. Kudos for getting to the gym 6 days a week. Unlike you, I haven't played sports my whole life, but for the past 5 years or so I have been running. Right now I teach English in Taiwan and sometimes I don't have the energy to do as much working out as I would like. And then I eat the same amount of food as when I DO work out.
If I were in your shoes I wouldn't stress out too much. Keep it up with the gym workouts. If you want to eat more, choose something like fruit or salads. I really like snacking on apples. Of course you NEED carbohydrates and protein too, just not in excess amounts. Gulp down water!!!0
