How to workout after car accident?

This past saturday I had a drunk guy t-boned my car. The impact from his car hit my left shoulder/with my seat-belt holding me in. Since the accident. My whole left shoulder is in pain mostly, but my whole body hurts too. Doc said the brusing was from the seatbelt, everything is from the whiplash. How long I should work out again.

    I had a t bone accident a few years back and got into a physiotherapist right away. They can advise you how to weight train to retrain your muscles after the damage. A physiotherapist could also advise the best course of how and when with cardio too. Hope you heal quickly. I remember just brushing my teeth was a painful ordeal at first.
