Did you stay withing you nutritional goals?
Yes

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
Yes and no. I did stay within my calories, but I got 350 cal in exercise, not 400.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
I was so tired when I got home at 8:30pm, but I still did half of the P90X Kenpo DVD.

What would I have done differently?
Drank all my water

What is today's personal goals?
Stay within my calories and drink all my water.

I will try to get a results on everybody's chain posted today. Yesterday I was playing catch up at home and work since I had been gone a couple of days.

Just curious...What is your calorie goal? I bumped mine to 1400. Just curious where everybody's at and how its working for you.

How are those nutrition goals working for you?

It definitely is a lot of protein. So I am not getting all of it in but I am getting protein as my highest percentage so that is my aim each day. For the first 28 days of P90X it is supposed to help you burn more fat that way, so I thought I would give it a try. It's only been a week so far with the % change so we'll see how it goes. So I set my min calories to 1700 and make that my goal, I don't add in my exercise til the end of the day so I don't eat any extra for it now.

    Yes

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
Yes and no. I did stay within my calories, but I got 350 cal in exercise, not 400.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
I kept up with the Zumba class even though I had to make a few modifications to maintain my heart rate.

What would I have done differently?
Nothing, I am pretty happy with yesterday

    What is today's personal goals?
Just to get through today with as much grace as possible as it would have been our daughter's 8th birthday.

    My goals are as follows:
    Calories: 1620
    Carbs: 223
    Fat: 54
    Protein: 61

These are standard defaults, although I could use some advice because I seem to be stuck. I work out 4-5 times per week and I do log in my exercise calories and attempt to eat them, but usually fall short by about 200-300 cals total. I am no where near hitting my carb limit, but often go over my protein. I'm hit/miss on the fat, but usually close without going over. Any suggestions?

    Yes

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
Yes. I thought I would swim but instead I went on the Elliptical and treadmill.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
30 minutes on the Elliptical and 30 on the treadmill. I didn't think I could last 10 minutes on the Elliptical but I did... I'm ready for 45 minutes (hopefully today). I burned 600 calories exercising yesteday.

What would I have done differently? Used up many calories for breakfast and lunch. I need to watch that a little better.

    What is today's personal goals?
Stay within my calories and workout.

My calorie goal is 1260. I've been having to workout everyday so I can eat more  but it is working...

Good Job Everybody!! Let me know if I need to make any corrections. Remember, at the beginning we agreed that if you had a day not on track, your chain started over. The answer to the first question basically applies to calories, so as long as you stayed within your calories, you get a chain link.

Did we start on the 1st? If we have done good from July 1 to July 6, should we have six chains? I messed up on this before, so I'm clarifying. Thanks :)
