problems in calories

hi i am new to this site and i love that i can keep track of the calories. it says i need to eat about 1200 calories a day without exercise when i exercise its more how ever i can never manage to reach my calorie goals with what i eat i feel full and its healthy i eat chicken i eat fish salads whole wheats even pasta yogurts cereals fruits and veggies. any suggestions on good foods to eat where i can reach my calorie goals for the day but will still help me with loosing weight? i know it makes it easier to loose weight when you actually eat foods.

    Eat whatever foods you enjoy eating, just make sure you hit your calorie goal
  • I like eating yogurt for breakfast, apples also make fu eel full likewise for drinking the minimum of 8 glasses of water a day.
