    granny smith apple w/ 1.5 tbsp natural peanut butter

    1/2 sweet potato w/ 1 tbsp unsalted butter
    or
    ruby red grapefruit
    or
    jerky
    or
    low fat/low sugar granola bar
    or
    organic almond butter granola bar
    or
    raw baby carrots or raw sliced green pepper w/ 2 tbsp veggie dip
    or
    a bit of Dark Chocolate

    Is there a Trader Joes near you? They sell a Roasted Seaweed snack at a dollar a package. They're 60 calories for the whole package, satisfy those salty cravings, and are only 60 calories!

    I tend to eat a Macintosh apple, a few raw carrots, or lettuce. :)
