    What a transformation, you have done a great job so far. I don't know how much more you plan to lose, but you look fantastic. My goal is to lose 50 pounds and seeing the difference it has made for you is giving me the renewed energy to realize that this is where I belong and am doing the right thing.     I am so proud of you! You were and always will be beautiful to me. I have stopped and started weight loss programs for years now but after actually seeing the before and after, I am ready! I believe this program helps keep you honest. I may be leaning on you so here we go!
