I just joined this last Saturday and already the diary has changed my game. I had already lost 37 pounds on my own, but being accountable for every bite I eat, and then seeing my daily protein, carb and fat broken down in the pie chart has really given me direction and made me really think ahead about what my next meal or snack should consist of. I lost 1.4 lbs just by paying attention! Anyways, I would love to have more friends to help keep me accountable and motivated. :D

ps I am 5' 1.5”, not five one, five one & a HALF, lol
