I would like to how do you stay motivated to workout if you have an injury preventing you from doing alot of cardio type exercises? I have a bum knee and I am very limited on what I can do for exercises. Anyone have any suggestions on fun low impact exercises?

Im actually looking for the same answers...i tore my acl, had donor replacement surgery 6 weeks ago and really need to start exercising. I havent been able to really exercise (worked hard physically and always moving but no real exercise) for 4 years.
Let me know if you figured anything out...good luck0 -
Well, I was training for a half marathon and developed a stress fracture. I'm so fixated on the goal of the half marathon (non-negotiable) that I'm borderline depressed. So the only way to fight it is to keep in mind that it's a short term set back. As for your knee... swimming. Great work out and a ton of cardio.0
