Today's challenge: Crunches

Let's see if we can do 200.

Also, let's try and do 50 sit-ups. If you can't do sit-ups that's fine but at least try.

Remember: The new rules are do as many as you can in the first set then do the rest how ever many you want at a time.

Do them the hardest way that you can and practice proper form instead.

You can do the crunches any style you want.
If you can't do them all then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

My challenges are open to anyone and you can log these as calisthenics if you like.

    i'm in :) i find crunches are hard so it will be a great challenge

    ok first 100 done. i did 10 sets of 10 with a 5second break inbetween :)

    THE BURN!!!!!! ..........feels good though:)

  • 200 crunches done. 10 sets of 10, then 10 sets of 10 an hour later. Sit ups done with bent knees. Ooh can definately feel it!! Thank you

    other 100 done, same as before.

    havent done the situps as they really hurt my coxix bone, i damaged it 2 years ago when i fell and it still gives me trouble
  • Right, done my 200 crunches at work earlier since I had some spare time
    Just remembered about my sit ups, so I've just finished them :) feel good for it though

    Look forward to tomorrow's challenge

    All done! Had a 45 minute break between crunches and sit ups but they're all done!! :) thanks

    Ok 200 Crunches complete, i did set of 10, then I waited about 5 minutes and completed the rest, which equals 200. I was feeling the burn:) Nice challenge.:smile:

    I did 201 and 51.

    Did all 201 at once and did 25, 15 and 11 on the sit-ups

    Y'all did great!
