    It works as long as you log everything and are honest about it, but there is a learning curve that can get you discouraged at first. I was logging, but eating too many calories more than I realized, and not logging at all on the weekends... so, for months, I had no progress.

    Now at least when I flub it up on the weekends, I know why.

    yes it works. you have to be honest with yourself when you log and you need to be able to log as much as you are capable to. also getting in with a good support group will keep you motivated :) welcome!
