HOW DO YOU POST PICS OF THIS IN COMMUNITY MESSAGE BOARDS???

The pictures have to be somewhere on the internet, not just on your local computer. If they are your personal pictures, you will have to upload them to photobucket or picassa or something like that. That said, this is how you do it:

[img.]URL[/img.]

where "URL" is the address of the picture you are trying to post. (Remove the periods in [img.] and [/img.].)
