    "Fighter" - Christina Aguilera
  • I guess it depends on what kind of music you listen to, but I find that a lot of songs by The Black Eyed Peas helps! My favorite when crashing is "Pump It."

Pump It - Black Eyed Peas
Waiting for the End - Linkin Park
Eye of the Tiger - Survivor

Those three songs are the ones that really get me pumped

    Sexy Chick by David Guetta
You Shook Me All Night Long by ACDC
  • Tell me - Diddy ft. Christina Aguerilara or however you spell it :)
  • Some of my "Gym" mix songs that kind of get me fired up are:

Good Feeling: Flo Rida (my current FAVORITE for cardio)
    Butterfly: The Gift of Game
    Supergirl: Saving Jane
    Disturbia: Rihanna
    The Big Bang: Rock Mafia
A lot of Lady Gaga's stuff...

It's funny - I would never listen to these songs otherwise! But when I'm working out - they totally get me going! :) Have fun!
  • Scuba - The Hope
  • E.T- Katy Perry

Put it on the floor - the cataracs anything with their beats make me just go harder!!
  • LMFAO-IM SEXY AND I KNOW IT
REALLY ANYTHING LMFAO OR CLUB TYPE MUSIC THAT MAKES YOU WANT TO MOVE
  • If you have a smart phone, download Pandora, and look for Pop Fitness Radio. It's perfect for the gym!
  • Flash/Your Decent, Tech N9ne. I have no idea why. Really there are quite a few from Tech that I love. Imma Tell is another good one which is actually a bit faster. I love the song, but cry in anticipation when it comes on, because I know it is gonna burn like a mother.

I'm currently working on my own mix of sorts for when I'm on the treadmill (I'm only in my 2nd week of this so I'm still going at a slower pace but maybe they will still work for you ) and I have found the following songs are really good for speeds of about 2.7 to 3.0; :flowerforyou:

    Bad Romance : Lady Gaga
Burn it to the Ground : Nickelback
Cracklin Rosie : Neil Diamond (shh don't laugh  )
    Cumbersome : Seven Mary Three
    Do Somethin : Britney Spears
    Dreams : The Cranberries
Hit Me Up : Danny Fernandes
Hold it Against Me : Britney Spears
Moves Like Jagger : Maroon 5
Night Like This : Shawn Desman
    Rumour Has it : Adele
Sexy and I Know It : LMFAO
    TGIF : Katy Perry
    We Found Love : Rhiana
    Yeah : Usher

Obviously I like a wide range of music and sorry if there are any misspellings with the Artists. I will be constantly adding, removing and updating my list so if you find any that work for you, please don't hesitate to add them too.
