Ezekiel Bread French Toast

I havent tried this yet.. but I want to!

Ingredients

2 slices Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Bread
1/8 cup 1% milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 egg whites
Ground Cinnamon
2 tbsp maple syrup


Directions

Beat together egg whites, milk and vanilla.
Dip bread quickly into mixture on both sides.
Place in frying pan and shake ground cinnamon on top while bottom is cooking.
I topped with syrup, but fresh fruit would also be good.
