I have worked so hard the last few months and managed to get from 155 down to 140 (first time since my 6 year old was born) and now I'm back up! I'm only up 4 pounds but I feel them and I don't understand why I keep letting myself cheat :(
Motivate me :) PRETTY PLEASE :)

What better motivation than knowing that YOU CAN DO IT ?!
You did it the first time, right ? This time you have the knowledge and the experience and you know you can exceed yourself! You have to trust you and believe in you, girl !

Do yourself a Big favor.....and throw out your scale....those things lie! Devious inventions of self torture....

If you haven't yet, take body measurement and write them down, they are a better gauge of your own progress. Do you have a fitness program? If not...get one! If yes...are you tired of it? Maybe time for a change up?

Evaluate your diet...any changes you need to make? Tweak the macros a bit...reduce carbs, too many fats (oil etc..), get cheat foods that you can't go wrong with ...veggies and fruit... Lots of options for motivation and self improvement.

The key - what's your goal? Short term....long term....

Wake up everyday with at least this thought "everything I do ...I have a choice...I choose to not quit on me!"
