I have more pictures on my blog (I just started it, so be kind :indifferent: ) - http://adventuresincookinglite.blogspot.com/2012/02/white-chocolate-macadamia-nut-waffles.html
Per Waffle (butter and syrup not included)
Calories: 144........Carbs: 20........Fiber: 1........Fat: 6
........Protein: 3........Sugar 6........Sodium: 215
Ingredients - Makes 10 waffles
2 cups heart healthy bisquick
1 1/3 cup water
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp white chocolate chips
35 grams macadamia nuts
** I smashed up the nuts a bit, that way they would spread through out a little, rather than just 1 or 2 big nuts in each waffle. I had some left over too, so that's what was sprinkled on top...
1) Mix bisquick, water, vanilla and egg until its all smooth (no clumps of bisquick)
2) Lightly spray waffle maker with non stick. Pour in batter and then sprinkle white some of the chips & nuts over waffles, and close waffle maker. Cook until ready (or sometimes a bit longer if you like your waffles nice and crunchy)
3) Add your toppings (butter/syrup/honey/chopped fruit etc). I prefer to use Mrs Buttersworths Sugar Free syrup because 1/4 cup is only 20 calories!
