I am on a roll and am loving this site! I love tracking my food and workouts. Love the #'s game with the carlories in and calories burned. I've been eating good and working out a lot. So happy with my results thus far. Hoping this will be a new lifestyle for me and not allow myself to go back to my old ways. So very rewarding and right now I am determined and motivated. Wondering though about the daily calorie goal. How do you figure out what your goal should be? Any tips? Also, I've had 2 children...they are now 3 and 6 and I'd love for this muffin top to leave. I've always had a flat tummy...until kids. Wondering if there are certain things to do to help in that area? Also, what about under arm flabby skin? EW!

I think when you first sign up and you put in your age and weight this site calculates how much calories you should eat. Then you put in your daily food consumption and the exercise you do and it will subtract the number you ate to what your allowed daily. So far as the muffin top.....I can totally resonate with you on that one. If you have ever heard of the FIRM workouts they will help with every aspect of toning up. I have about a dozen of the DVD's and I rotate them with daily walk/runs. Good luck on your journey!!!!!0
