Oh WOW!!! LOVE this article so. much. I am so impatient! I've been struggling for months. I lost my initial weight so quickly and stuck to my plan religiously, and now it's taken weeks and months of blood, sweat and tears, to, well, maintain!! If I just stuck to my plan, I can lose this last bit... this was a very good reminder... thanks Chris. It's good to have you back!! ;o)0
