Any advice on greek yogurt?

I love love love chobani greek yogurt, yes with the fruit at the bottom, at 14-19g of sugar per serving, I cant eat it plain.... its sour. Does anyone have any advice on a low sugar non fat greek yogurt or how I can spruce up a plain greek yogurt to reduce my sugar intake? Thanks!!

I can't eat it plain either! I usually sprinkle a packet of Stevia in the yogurt and then mix in strawberries and blueberries! It definitely tastes better than just plain!

It's a great substitute for sour cream or mayo in almost anything. :) You don't have to make it sweet.

I usually use it as sour cream, as I love mexican food and eat it a lot.

But I will also mix fruit with it, and add splenda. :) Great way to get protein.

Or I use it in my protein shakes :) 1 cup fage 0% plain GY, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop of my protein powder. 2 tablespoons sugar free cheesecake pudding mix, and splenda.

Agreed! I use it to make veggie dip :) I do still eat the ones with the fruit on the bottom :)

I use non-fat greek yogurt lots of different ways. Add it to your fruit smoothies along with a little vanilla soy milk. I also use it on my granola type cereal plus banana & maybe craisins. I try to use granola that has the least amount of sugar. I've also used it in place of sour cream on baked potatos & a dollop of it on chili is really good. Lots of protein & no fat. A really good food!

Plain greek yogurt with TJ's unsweetened coconut milk, fresh berries, a spoon of peanut butter and some protein powder in the blender.

Otherwise I also usually use it to sub for sour cream, on a baked potato, etc.

Things I have used are splenda, cinnamon, peanut butter, protein powers and cut up fruits, apples or strawberries.

Apples, honey, vanilla extract, and my new favorite but doesn't help reduce sugar is to mix in hot cocoa mix. It almost has the consistency of nutella.

As a greek, I highly recommed Fage (pronounced FAH, yay)

    lol

But seriously, with no fat, 120 calories (0%) and a side of strawberries, its DELICIOUS

    I eat two every day.

So... delicious... creamy... and perfect :)

I use Stevia drops (chocolate or vanilla flavored) or mix it with a tiny bit of Walden Farms Sugar Free chocolate tip. Then I mix it with strawberries or granola.

Sometimes I strain a cup of yogurt in a coffee filter & strainer over night. In the morning, the water content is mostly taken out and the yogurt is almost like a soft cream cheese consistency. It's delicious for crackers or just eating with some fresh fruit.

You can stir in a Tablespoon (maybe 2) of sugar free jello pudding mix to give it a flavor of your choice.

I eat it with berries and stevia when I buy it. My problem is that I eat it once or twice and have to throw it away, because I don't eat it every day and it has a short shelf life after it's opened. :(

I add fruit (like berries, peaches, plums, mangos, bananas). I mix in some jam. I add sweetener: sugar, honey, agave, and sometimes stevia. I also add vanilla extract.

I use it in shakes. Taste is irrelevant when you blend with fruit. Chobani plain is one the best, if not the best I've found for protein content and ingredients. I eat it daily this way... but no way could I eat it from a bowl.

I add splenda and cinnamon normally, or splenda and protein powder for "protein pudding". Both are delicious!
