Anyone use this? There is a deal on at my local store. Never believed in weightloss pills but have read the benefits of some of the ingredients (although I drink enough coffee to not need it really!)

    Everyone here trashes you if you are taking even the most benign supplement. There really are pills and supplements that can increase your metabolism or burning rate. They won't work alone without calorie decrease or exercise but they can help, but no doubt you knew that already. Some people are just really looking for someone to be sarcastic to here. I think they are hungry.
