90-Day Challenge. March 1st-May 31st

I just started a group that will go for 90 days. It is going to start on Thursday, March 1st and go to Thursday, May 31st.

Whether you need to lose weight, gain weight, or maintain your current weight... I am hoping that this group will help you stay on track! I know that by being involved in a group always helps me to stay on track.

So here's the deal:
Weigh-in will be once every 2 weeks.
Every week I will post a fitness/food challenge and tip.
Everyone is welcome to post their own tips and challenges.
