Elliptical miles should make this a breeze, but I'm also training for my first 10k in June so I should get some running miles in as well.0 -

This is awesome! I watch what I eat every second of the day and have lost 20.5 pounds, but I have ZERO motivation for exercise. Work, wife, mom, cook, maid, PTO, cheuffeur--these are my excuses. NO MORE EXCUSES! Count me in!0
