i had a lot of calories left over today due to having a late breakfast and not getting in lunch. then i had some good work out time. i don't want to harm myself by not eating right, so i'm worried that i didn't get all the calories in today. does this make a big difference?

I don't have an educated answer for you for this. I know that I don't always eat all of my calories and I'm continuing to lose weight. As long as you're not starving yourself and you're eating till you're not hungry anymore you are giving your body what it needs. I have a difficult time eating all my calories on the days that I work out a lot. I at least try to eat half of my "extra calories" if I can. I wouldn't stress about it.0

Under eating one day won't really affect you. Under eating often can impede your results and cause your body to plateau. Large deficits do have an affect. The good thing about nutrition, even though you come under your calories one day, you can always go over the next. I generally look at food over a week.0
