Microwave apple crisp

Made this as a breakfast treat this morning and loved it so much I felt the need to share it with you guys!!

1 small apple (cut up into little pieces)
1 4 oz cup splenda light apple sauce
1/4 c water
1/8 c rolled oats
1sp cinnamon
1sp brown sugar

= 166 calories

Mix water, apple sauce and oats, microwave on HI for one minute. Toss in apple, cinnamon and brown sugar and microwave one more minute. Enjoy!!
